  • Will there be any additional charges for last-minute order cancellations?

    Confirmation deposit are non-refundable by cash, a meal voucher will be issued on the allocated days of commencement.

    • Between 15-30 days – meal voucher will be issued 100% of the given deposit
    • Between 7-14 days – meal voucher will be issued 75% of the given deposit
    • Between 3-6 days – meal voucher will be issued 50% of the given deposit
    • Less than 72 hours – deposit are nonrefundable
  • How many days in advance do I need to place an order?

    Sixty (60) Days in advance.

  • Are vegetarian meals available?

    Vegetarian meals are available upon request.

  • Are your meals halal-certified?

    Yes, all meals are halal-certified.
