ANJUNG SAUJANA RESTAURANT DISTRIBUTES BUBUR LAMBUK TO FRONTLINERS ON DUTY DURING RAMADHAN
In the spirit of Ramadan, Anjung Saujana Restaurant under Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC) is providing nourishment for frontline workers in the Brunei International Airport during the fasting month.
Anjung Saujana Restaurant is distributing 200 bowls of Bubur Lambuk Chicken made with Brunei’s Sembada 188 Rice (Pesticide-free). It has been a tradition over the past couple of years for Anjung Saujana Restaurant to distribute Bubur Lambuk, the traditional savoury porridge given out as a wholesome Buka Puasa meal in the month of Ramadhan.
While this is an annual initiative for RBC during the fasting month, it is also in line with RBC’s commitment to support and show their humble appreciation to the frontline workers who have been working hard during in these trying times and at the same time to boost awareness of the local agriculture.
